About Talent Norge

Talent Norge was initiated by the Norwegian ministry of Culture and Equality, and founded in 2015 in a partnership with independent philanthropic foundations, aiming at world class talent development within the art field. 

Inspired by the highly successful work that has been done within sports by Olympiatoppen, Talent Norge aim to assist talented performers to fulfill their full potential and build professional careers

In cooperation with foundations, trusts and corporations, Talent Norge is co-financing high level talent programs. Talent Norge does not support individual talents financially, but collaborates with external talent programs from all cultural fields. 

In 2022, Talent Norway have more that 700 talented performers in over 50 talent programs in our network.
