Ostovany has more than 15 years of experience as a coach and is  certified in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming). She has been coaching thousands of talents and leaders in their fields (major artists, top business leaders, champion sportsmen and speakers for TEDtalk).

mk2 Films coproduces, sells and distributes a dozen new films by established or promising directors every year. mk2 Films also distributes a unique library of more than 600 films in France and around the world. 

Robsahm is an award-winning film producer and director, and has  worked together with some of Norway´s biggest directors. He is also in charge of the talent program Filmskapere.
