For more than 20 years, Kéa Ostovany has helped thousands of people and dozens of organizations to create change and impact in their lives and business. Expert in developing top leaders and talents, she has been working with a great diversity of individuals and teams from various sectors and fields - multinational corporations, media, startups, cultural, sports and educational institutions - and from various countries in Scandinavia, Europe, USA and Asia. Born in an artistic milieu in Paris, Kéa has also had an extensive professional experience in the culture field: director of artistic and corporate events at Theatre du Rond-Point, responsible of casting of new talents in theatre, cinema, music and dance, journalist and filmmaker for France Television, publisher for Beaux Arts magazine, lecturer at the design & architecture school Penninghen.
​Kéa holds a Master in Management from Sciences Po Paris and a Master in Literature-Theatre from the University Sorbonne-Paris IV. Certified as a coach in NLP, she is also trained as a yoga teacher. Kéa is the Head of Coaching & People Development at Talent Norge.
